Aperitivo

Bright red, clear. Herbal and citrus fruit on the nose; a fresh, aromatic taste with citrus notes of orange and a bitter herbal flavour. Pleasant tones of orange and rhubarb infusions, sweet with a slight bitter aftertaste from the rhubarb.

For a Spritz: in a large stem glass mix 2 parts Covalli Aperitivo with 3 parts prosecco. Add a splash of sparkling mineral or soda water. Garnish with a slice of orange.
