Tasting note

A nice balance and fine bubbles, clear with a warm straw yellow color. Its nose is floral, boasting fine notes of fresh fruit, fresh apple, as well as subtle hints of yeast, toast and fresh butter. Its charming palate is full of freshness, balance and lively, fruity flavours.

At the table

Perfect by itself, served chilled in a flute or a coupe, but also makes for a great cocktail ingredient.
