Tasting note

Fine bubbles with a deep golden straw color with notes of green apple and peach on the nose as well as the palate. Good acidity, full-bodied, well balanced and very pleasant to drink.

At the table

Perfect for aperitif, appetizers and light courses with vegetables.

Format

Vinification

Gentle pressing to extract only the free-run juice, settling in stainless steel for about 14 hours, fermentation of 14–19 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures, then the sparkling process by Charmat method in steel autoclave.
