Tasting note

Pure and focused, evoking cherry, blackberry, licorice and mineral notes. Elegant and structured with the flavors persisting through the balanced finish.

At the table

Ideal with red and white meats rich in dressing. It pairs well with elaborate first courses. This wine is also great for aperitifs.
